This project involved the detailing of a two-storey building. We began by receiving the initial model and specification from the client, our responsibility was to complete the detailing in accordance with the client’s requirements, adhering to various LGS profiles and connections that met mandatory standards.<\/p>\n

This 2,970.84 sq. ft. residential project in Israel features a Ground+1 structure with a parapet, crafted using a hybrid construction approach. The design integrates Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) and red iron, paired with advanced Mitek trusses tailored for superior structural integrity and performance. The project encompasses detailed planning and execution, completed within just 3 days utilizing the powerful Vertex software. Fabrication is performed with precision on a Howick machine, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to design specifications. This project exemplifies innovation in modern residential construction, merging efficiency, durability, and cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n
