This flagship Hybrid Residential Building in Israel demonstrates the fusion of modern construction technology with elegant design. Spread across 3,725 sq. ft., the 2-storey residence is crowned with a classic gable roof, offering both aesthetic charm and structural resilience. By combining Hot Rolled Steel for robust load-bearing strength with Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) for speed and precision, the project achieved the ideal balance of durability and efficiency. The design process included comprehensive 3D modeling and detailing using Vertex BD, with seamless integration into Howick machine production for flawless execution.
