Project Description
This project involves the design and execution of a 1-storey modular residential unit in Russia, covering an area of 16.6 sq.m (178.7 sq.ft.). The unit features a flat roof, optimized for modern modular construction methods. The scope of work included engineering, 3D modeling, detailed drawings, MEP integration, and CNC-ready production files, ensuring seamless coordination from design to manufacturing. Using Vertex BD software, the team generated precise production data compatible with the Pinnacle machine, enabling efficient fabrication, accuracy, and streamlined on-site assembly.
